I have this pain in my lower back and right leg. It’s sort of like a growing pain/cramping from the knee down. It isn’t overly painful but more an annoying keep you awake pain. That plus ever time I move that leg my knee cracks. It makes it difficult to fall asleep. So dear leg and lower back - stop fucking hurting. - note this has been for about 4 days/nights now.
